Nike SPARQ Training

SPARQ, Nike’s division devoted to building better athletes from the ground up, uses a proprietary methodology to rank athletes to reveal the top prospects. Each year, the biggest event for high school athletes are the football combines, which set the stage for the draft. SPARQ needed an app that allowed coaches and athletes to see a leader board for any combine that year or the previous year, see results for any athlete, and compare those results with Nike pro football athletes. The app has a built-in SPARQulator, to see what results correspond to a certain rating. You can share results over email or on Facebook.

R/GA, the company that created the graphics and UI, won a Clio and many other awards in 2012 for the app, for which we accept any deserved or undeserved reflected glory.
